I received a PDF file from a vendor. When I tried to open it, I received 2 messages.
1) Cannot extract the embedded font 'BQDZOB+TIMESNEWROMANPS-ITALICMT!
2) THERE WAS A PROBLEM READING THIS DOCUMENT (111)
Please advise!

can the vendor open the document without error? What version of Reader are you using?

The vendor just keeps sending new ones. I am using version 7.08

Have the vendor zip the file before sending.
