Using email button in Adobe Reader

I am trying to use the Email button in Adobe Reader 7.0 with GroupWise as the Email client. I get the error: Adobe Reader 7.0 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What if GroupWise isn't your default mail client, do you still get ther error?

I get a similar error when I try to send a document for review from Acrobat Pro 7. It seems to work if I switch my default e-mail client to Outlook2k3.
