Hello, following problem comes up from time to time: certain* PDFs are being viewed with Adobe Reader (experienced with 7.0.0 and 7.0.8, both with the same problem) look perfectly alright, but when issuing the command to print, sometimes (unfortunately not reproducably) certain parts of text (on the same page) get scrambled, while other parts don't. The parts that don't get scrambled are typed with the font courier, while the parts that go get scrambled are in arial. The scrambled parts do not get mixed up randomly but each and every letter is shifted by one value from its original position in the ASCII chart - meaning that the number "3" becomes a "2", the "f" becomes an "e" and so forth. * These PDFs are created using NAVISION, made accessible to users via "Groupwise" and finally opened by the clients using Adobe Reader (now version 7.0.8 ) under Windows XP Professional, where they look ok. Only when being printed on the HP LaserJet 1300 via USB does this problem occur from time to time (unforeseeably) on the printout. The Printer Drivers are the most recent. Any ideas? TIA David
