Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me with a small but serious problem. I was asked to print a booklet for someone who provided the file to me as a PDF (I believe it was saved from Microsoft Work). Throughout the 80 page file, any where the digits 3 or 6 appear they appear as 3 or 6 on screen but when printed both digits change to 7. EG: a line onscreen that appears: 1930's, September 6th 1954: Prints as: 1970's, September 7th 1954. As I say, it appears right on screen but wrong when printed and this is happening everywhere the two digits appear. The files are being printed to a network model of a Canon IRC3200 from an iMac running OSX and Acrobat Reader 5. I have been assured by a Canon tecnician that neither the printer nor printer driver has the intelligence to make such specific changes, and I'm just wondering if anyone has ever come accross a similar problem or would know why it would happen. I would appreciate any help anyone can offer on this problem as it's important for me to find out if the problem is on my end or if the PDF was saved incorrectly. Thanks in advance for your help.
