When displaying a file on the screen from a website it displays ok. However, intermittently when printing, various distinct sections print nonsense characters.

This happens consistently with the following two sites
www.banksa.com.au (business banking online)
www.tena.com.au

If 1 or 2 pages is nonsense, reprinting just that 1 or 2 pages works ok

Adobe has been updated to 7.0.8, and have tried rolling back to previous versions and also uninstalling/reinstalling

Tried on 2 separate PC's which are
1.8 HP Intel Pentium 512MB Ram
HP 948c deskjet printer

3.0GHz HP Intel Pentium 1GB Ram
Oki 10ex printer
HP2200 networked printer

Any assistance would be appreciated

Cheers

I've found that by saving the file to a different location from Acrobat reader, and then opening the file from that location, the text formats correctly both on screen and print.

I hope this isn't the solution, but just a work around.

You also might try the Print As Image function in the Print dialog. This will bypass any font issues with the printer driver.
