PDF-Documents with a "Pages" Structure like this :

1 0 obj<</Type/Pages/Count 10/Kids[3 0 R 13 0 R 16 0 R 19 0 R 22 0 R 25 0 R 28 0 R 31 0 R 34 0 R 37 0 R]>>endobj
40 0 obj<</Type/Pages/Count 8/Parent 1 0 R/Kids[41 0 R 44 0 R 47 0 R 50 0 R 53 0 R 56 0 R 59 0 R 62 0 R]>>endobj
65 0 obj<</Type/Pages/Count 18/Kids[1 0 R 40 0 R]>>endobj

are displayed correct with Acrobat reader 6, but Acrobat Reader 7 shows only the first 10 pages. Following pages are empty!

Even from this little, it can be seen that the PDF is incorrect, so
the behaviour of Reader will be unpredictable. The Parent field in
objects 1 and 65 is missing, and in object 40 is wrong.
