After making navigating through the preference area in reader, my inspection software would no longer allow reader to open as a message popped up saying adobe reader is already open, please close and try again. Adobe reader was not open but for some reason my inspection software now thinks it is whenever I try to view a report. I never had this problem until I browsing the preferences and I must have checked or unchecked something. Can anyone HELP??
