System crash

I just downloded and installed rel 7.0.8. The system started to reboot and then crashed. I get the following message: Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt C\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM SAME MESSAGE IN SAFE MODE I am using Window XP Pro fully updated. I also use Norton Internet security. Thanks, Gerry B

Coincidental. The sytem crash doesn't have anything to do with the installation of Reader 7.0.8. You'll probably have to boot from your XP CD and repair Windows
