We are starting to use reader extended forms with a large number of external users and have no control of which version of Adobe Reader they use. We recommended a minimum of Adobe Reader 7.0.5 The current version of Adobe Reader in 7.0.8. Version 7.0.7 is out there but now cant be downloaded. What should our test policy be? Is testing on 7.0.5 and the latest available version sufficient or do we need to test on intermediate releases?

Depends on your clients and whether you have control over which version they use. If you have no control, I always suggest you go back at least one version (in this case, to version 6.x). Not everyone has downloaded the latest and greatest.

Thanks graffiti We have no control over our users. The documents will not load with versions prior to Reader 7.0.0 and are seriously disabled before 7.0.5. What concerns me is "do I need to test with all minor releases after 7.0.5?".
