Reader and Acrobat cant find printer

My Reader and Acrobat claims that I have to install printer before I can start to print. My Photoshop (CS) as well as all other applications have no problem finding the installed printers as well as printing!? What to do, help?

If you are running Windows, the first thing is to uninstall Reader and Acrobat. Running both is an unsupported configuration. You can also try re-installing your printer driver, I've seen that work. Mike

This can happen if your default printer is a network printer that is offline. It that's the case, change the default. Aandi Inston
