In the text an e-mail address starts with info e.g.info.cargo@sita.aero but when you place the cursor on it, you see: mailto:cargo@sita.aero ... the "info." is not there. The same problem happens for e-mail address with name e.g. peter.walter@sita.aero when you place the cursor on it, "peter." is not in the address. transportation.security@sita.aero becomes security@sita.aero when cursor is placed on it. Any ideas why this is happening??

In the preferences disable the entry 'Automatically detect URLs from text'. It is a bug.

Use the link tool in Acrobat to make the links instead of relying on the auto detect feature of the viewer.
