I am trying to print my bank statement. But a window pops up asking me to enter a output file name? It is not allowing me to print anything. This as never happened before could someone please tell me why this is happening and how can it be fixed.

Easy to fix. Choose print and in the print menu, look around for a checked box that says "print to file". Uncheck that.
