Reader 9 installation stops at 99.9%

At 99.9% an Installshield Wizard pops up saying, "DVD 7.6.0.0 Setup is preparing the InstallSheild Wizard, which will guide you through the rest of the setup process. Please Wait."

It then asks for the path to the DVD, which it refers to as the ATI (video card)install DVD for the DVD decoder installation.

I have used Windows Install Cleanup and removed the ATI DVD decoder installer - but still no success.

THere are numerous installers listed in the utility. Perhaps there is another installer I should be removing? I do not want to remove them all - there are too many.

Prior to installing Reader 9 I successfully uninstalled Reader 8 and it does not show up in the Windows Install Cleanup utility, as expected.

After downloading program the DEP setting on my computor kicks in. Have tried to turn off the DEP for the program but without success. Can l get a DEP-compatible version of the program or how can l load the program and it works.
