I can only download a pdf file using Firefox but not with explorer in the same computer. What could be the reason for this?

What happens when you try to download the pdf file? Please give us your 
system specs and versions of MSIE, OS, and Reader.

are you using 9.0...uninstall and reinstall 8.0 all problems should be fixed...this is related to the issue with acrord32.dll....total crap no help from adobe?????

If you try to fix it all you get is people selling reg fixir programs!!

How can they make this problem but offer no support or fixes for this issue.....
