Adobe 9 - Viewing and Printing Problem

Windows XP Pro SP3 with all patches

In Adobe 7, the document displays all the text correctly (this is on another computer that Windows XP Home).

In Adobe 9, the individual letters are either OK, blurred, broke up, or not displaying at all.
