printing without highlighting

Hello, I'm trying to use the legal form here: <http://www.courts.state.va.us/forms/circuit/cc1426.pdf>

When I opened the file in Windows with Adobe Reader, I was able to use the "print for submission to court" button on the top of the document to print without any of the fields being highlighted in gray. However, when I click the button using Reader on my new iMac, nothing happens. Does anyone know what causes the discrepancy, and if there's any way I can fix it? Thanks for the help!
