I have recently downloaded the plugin for word 07' to convert documents to PDF. however once I do the document is shaded blue. I have viewed the document in the print previewer as well to see if in fact the document would print the blue coloring and it does. This would be the first time I have used the conversion software however on another forum someone else had the same problem and have used the converter in the past without problems.

Any help or suggestions you could give would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Whose plug-in? If not Adobe's how could we be expected to help?

Its a Plug-in from Microsoft. But thanks Mike, I was wanting to see if anyone else has had this problem and had come up with a solution. I apologize for disturbing your insular world. I was under the assumption that these forums were a place where people could interact discuss problems and share solutions related to Adobe.

Todd,

Most Reader users here do not create pdf files. Those that do use Adobe
technology. Expecting support for a Microsoft plug-in for Word in a
Reader forum is not expected. We even direct Acrobat users elsewhere,
since this is not the forum for Acrobat. Personally, I have found
Microsoft's support to be excellent in the past, I can highly recommend
their services.

Mike
