hi together, do have a workflow planned where several people should sign task cards on a pdf document (using acrobat reader version 9) would like to have the signatures for the people who will be allowed to sign the document to be created my own. the creation of new signatures should not be allowed. when someone selects the signature id, there is the opportunity given to create new signatures. is there any way that the creation of new signatures can be baned? in advance thank you very much for your answer - Frank

as said, it's a regkey which is described on page 80 in the above linked document. You can't do it via the UI of Acrobat/Reader. Only via the registry.
