Adobe Reader 9.0 - Error 1303

I attempted to upgrade Adobe Reader to either 9.0 or 9.1 (I'm not sure which). During installation it hangs up with about 22 seconds to go and I get the following error message. "Error 1303. The installer has insufficient privleges to access this directory- C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Resource\Font\PFM" Operating system is windows vista.
