Just downloaded Adobe Reader 9.0. Got a message that old version could not be uninstalled and I should contact support. What should I do? I gave a Dell, Windows XP. Thanks

It sounds like your installation got messed up. Download, install and run the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility to remove any references to Reader then try your install again.
