Dear ahakkim

Please use counter variable to increase the value of the counter variable and stored to Hyperlink pannel.
  for example : reference 1 occures more than one times then use counter variable "i=0;" -

reference 1_0, reference 1_1, reference 1_2, like that...

Use the method to store to avoid the problems.
