I can't export text in indesign

Hi.
I made the text export script but if I'm make a new folder and in your name have a special characters the script don't work.
I'm from Brazil and my language there are many especial character.
Look the piece of script below:

var ArquivoTexto = File.decode(caminhoCollect + "/" + myStories.label + ".txt");
myStories.exportFile(ExportFormat.textType, new File(ArquivoTexto));
