I am adding index markers thru code and generating the index
I want the endash to be added for the page ranges like the following:
	1. 1,2,3,4 - 1 Ndash 4
	2. 1,2	- 1,2
	3, 1,2,3 - 1 Ndash 3
I updated the page range in index dialog box even then i didn't get the output.
