Hi Ole, 

Still trying to send you the file... 

Search for "myDocumentPreferences.NumberOfPages = myNumberOfPages" and enable this, instead of the line bellow "myDocument.Pages.Add = myNumberOfPages". 

Run the script twice with 11 images in a folder. First with with the default settings (4 rows x 4 columbs), then with 2 rows x 2 columbs. 
Everything will work, except the page that started out Landscape, will turn Portrait. This is obviously wrong. 

Now disable "myDocumentPreferences.NumberOfPages = myNumberOfPages" and enable the line you suggested "myDocument.Pages.Add = myNumberOfPages". 
With the default 4x4 (rowsxcolumbs) and 11 sample images, this script would run without error, and the single page will be landscape. Great! 
Change it 3x3, and everything is still OK. The document will have 2 pages (based on 11 images). Great! 

Change it to 2x2, and the whole thing falls over. Whoops! 
It should have created 3 pages, but there is only 2, and of course the error message. 

This is what I don't understand.
