if you have a look in element in the indesign.document in VB you will see
that you have an xmlelements
you will just have to define a indesign.xmlelement en set it with this value
and after go from one element to the next with a loop

Sorry I don't have a lot of time to explain it to you so if someone else can
help you more ( if it's needed ;-)
