I can not had the basedon option ( when there was one I use this part of script 
If basedOn = False Then 
 myNewStyle.basedOn = existingParaStyle.basedOn 
ElseIf basedOn = True Then 
    Set BasedOnPara = existingParaStyle.basedOn 
    myNewStyle.basedOn = BasedOnPara 
 End If 
where Dim BasedOnPara As InDesign.ParaStyle 
and basedOn is a boolean 
 why ? thanks
