Hello,
I am new in this world of scripting and I am trying to automate a series of tasks with a script.
I have the following problem, I open a document and create a rectangle on a page. I place an image in that rectangle
and have to Fit it proportionally. The last part I am not able to do.
What is wrong in the following script ??
Rem add a new rectangle and give it a name
Set myRectangle = myDocument.Pages.Item(myCounter).Rectangles.Add
Rem add sizes an place (for this file I needed landscape orientation)
myRectangle.GeometricBounds = Array("43.5mm", "-43.5mm", "253.5mm", "253.5mm")
Rem name of the file to load
myFile = "C:\Kiggen\cd01_004.tif"
Set myImage = myRectangle.Place(myFile)
Rem Fit it in Rectangle
myRectangle.Fit idProportionally
Rem rotate it in portrait position
myRectangle.RotationAngle = 90
All ideas are more then welcome ;-))
Hans
