Scripting the printing of a Book

I could use some help with scripting the printing an InDesign Book. I have the first part of the script which adds each InDesing section to the book. But I have no idea how to get it to create a postscript of the entire book.

I have created a printer style which outputs to a PostScript file. But I can't seem to set it for the book in my script. In other automation scripts I have used:

Tell print preferences of active document
Set active printer style to "MyPrinterStyle"
     Set print file to "MyFilePath"

But InDesign does not treat a Book as an active document. I've also tried to implicitly name the book in the above example but that didn't work either.

Also, how do you go about selecting all of the sections of the book to print.

Thanks in advance from a newbie scripter.
