[VB] Nudging an inline frame

Hello everyone, 

When I select an InD inline frame and press the down or up-arrow I can nudge the frame. Pressing down causes the text of the paragraph beneath to move up in to the frame. Pressing up causes the text to move down. 

How can I achieve the effect programmatically? I can't seem to find the correct property. 

All help greatly appreciated.
