Thanks Shane,

Exactly what I need. One problem though: If concatenate the two lists, like
below, I may get duplicates. How do I do to files that has both creator and
extension to appear only once?


set myFiles to files of myFolder whose creator type is in myFileTypes

set myFiles2 to files of myFolder whose name extension is in myFileSuffixes

set myNewFiles to myFiles & myFiles2
