Hi Olav,

Sorry for my ignorance.

Re: In general, you need to back out of the tell context to tell the InDesign application object to select the frame.

I try this:

tell application "InDesign 2.0.1"
	set MyWindow to active window
	tell document 1
		make page at end
		tell last page
			set TheMainFrame to make text frame with properties {geometric bounds:{"29 mm", "12 mm", "285 mm", "198 mm"}, label:"MainFrame"}
		end tell
	end tell

	tell document 1
		select TheMainFrame
		tell MyWindow
			zoom given fit page
		end tell
	end tell
end tell

I've an error: incorrect parameter (on the line: "select TheMainFrame")

Thanks

Olivier.
