The part that's causing the problem is

document "Product Name" of document "Product Name"

You have a reference to your document inside of a tell block for your document. These lines:

tell document "Product Name"
set contents of text frame "ProductName" of document "Product Name" to theName
end tell

should actually be:

tell document "Product Name"
set contents of text frame "ProductName" to theName
end tell
