I've a problem with "applied paragraph style": 
I try this without luke... 
 
tell document 1 of application "InDesign 2.0.1" 
�tell page 3 
��set TheHeaderFrame to make text frame with properties {geometric bounds:{"15.0 mm", "202.0 mm", "69.0 mm", "215.0 mm"}, rotation angle:-90, text contents:TheHeader} 
��tell text frame TheHeaderFrame 
���set applied paragraph style of paragraph 1 to paragraph style "03_header_right" 
��end tell 
�end tell 
end tell 

I try also this: 
 
�set TheHeaderFrame to make text frame with properties {geometric bounds:{"15.0 mm", "202.0 mm", "69.0 mm", "215.0 mm"}, rotation angle:-90, applied paragraph style:paragraph style "03_header_left" of myDocument, text contents:TheHeader} 

I've missing something ???
