On my Mac, I've made the Scripts folder in the InDesign folder into an alias to my OSA folder. But this has not been working as well as I'd hoped. Apparently, there's something that InDesign does that renders the scripts inaccessible to OSA menu (may just be an idiosyncrasy of my setup). I don't like the amount of screen real-estate consumed by the Scripts palette and I'd love to have a way of accessing scripts more easily. Both keystrokes and buttons come to mind as possibilities. A valid question is: should Adobe be puttiing effort into this, or should users invest in, say, RealBasic and roll their own? Dave
