Haha, quite comical, really. 

Ole, do you know why they changed the way bounding boxes worked with images that contain clipping paths in ID2? Everything was fine in ID1.5 as long as the Apply Photoshop Clipping Paths option was checked in the Place dialog. The bounding box was snug up against the clipping path by default. 

I'm headed over to the Photoshop forum to harass them about support for paths =D
