Example (or advise) needed for tagged text export in vbscript

I would like to export all text-frames from a document to tagged
text...
(in order to have the text translated and re-injected with 'Place'?)
But I'm new to Indesign and not sure I'm doing it as I should.
The script fragment below stops with: "Unspecified Error" and leaves
me no clue.
Can someone please share his experience with me ?
