Ok, If I search the word "hammer", your script stop on the second page ! On the first page, no text frame, and on the second one, the word "hammer" appear in 3 text frames.

Now, I remove the word hammer on page 2, but it appear on the page 11. Unfortunately, the script stop on the second page, with the same error.
 
Shane, don't spend to more time with this stuff. I understand your way: just a big loop through the document.
