TopLeftAnchor position from rotated PageItem

Hi, It is possible to get the top left position and size from a rotated pageitem as shown in IDD if referenz point is set to top left corner??? 

If I use GeometricBounds I don't get the right value. 

Where can I get the latest 2.01 SDK?
