Well, this topic inspired me to upgrade to RB 4 today and I'm busily working away on a palette of buttons for holding my more commonly used scripts. 

I'm positioning the palette under the toolbox (which I've switched to two-column to allow my palette to be wider (all of 56 pixels)). I'm hoping that I can carry this far enough that I can relegate the Scripts palette to occasional use for special purpose scripts. This will buy back the whole width of that palette for document space, so I'll end up gaining more than I lose. 

But: FloaterProcess only works on PPC applications and not Carbon/OS X while HelpTag only applies to Carbon/OS X. But HelpTags appear under the floating window anyway, so they're not much use even if I could use them in my PPC application. 

Bah humbug. Why is it that what I want to do is always just out of reach?
