Okay, what I have said here is partly wrong.  In order to get this working correctly (after calling M$) you have to roll your VB ActiveX DLL into a COM+ component, setting its launch security as "Interactive User".  I was disappointed that my last test didn't launch indeisgn 100%.  So far, (after 10 attempts) it is working 100% correct. 

If anyone needs help with COM+ component creation, just give me a yell.
