We're still trying to figure this one out. I (at least) had gotten the idea that Variants were the Wave of the Future, as VBScript uses nothing but Variants. There also seem to be issues with simply *seeing* our object library from VB.NET. 

I still haven't stopped cursing the changes to AppleScript Mac OS X, and now this...! It's enough to make a dual platform scripter go crazy.
