I am very new to the xml publishing world, but I have been a designer forever. Well now I have been given the task of creating a catalog department for company. From my understanding the way to go is importing content into InDesign (XML) and generate catalog pages that way. The catalogs can be pretty big. So my question is this, what kind of designer am I looking for? What skills and knowledge should they have and where do I find them. Any help would be great!
