Renaming open docs and saving

I would like to be able to rename an open document with a specific protocol
(i.e. 5 digit job number, dash, then page range ( 54321-022-035 ) and save the document. I would like for the document to overwrite the formerly misnamed file in the process.

I will use a simple dialog to acquire the job number and the script will get the page range from the layout.

example:

bob and lisa at walmart.indd
54321-098-099.indd

any ideas?
