I have multiple InDesign files and I want to make sure the written specs associated with those files match what is actually in the files. I need to be able to send it to a proof reader, someone that does not have access to InDesign, who can compare the specs with the settings in the InDesign styles to make sure they match.

Does anyone know of a way to generate a file, InDesign or otherwise, that contains all of the style information?

I know it can all be scripted but I don't time to do it myself so I was hoping someone else had!

Thanks a bunch,
Ken
