get metadata: RightsUsageTerms

Hello,

I would like to read the 'rights usage terms' out of the metadata of an image.

The city of the creator e.g. can be read out with this command:

app.documents.firstItem().links.firstItem().linkXmp.getProperty("http://iptc.org/std/Iptc4xmpCore/1.0/xmlns/", "Iptc4xmpCore:CreatorContactInfo/Iptc4xmpCore:CiAdrCity");

But for the 'rights usage terms' this command doesn't word:

app.documents.firstItem().links.firstItem().linkXmp.getProperty("http://iptc.org/std/Iptc4xmpCore/1.0/xmlns/", "Iptc4xmpCore:CreatorContactInfo/Iptc4xmpCore:RightsUsageTerms");

In the xmpSpecifications <http://www.aiim.org/documents/standards/xmpspecification.pdf> I could find the URI of the schema namespace <http://ns.adobe.com/xap/1.0/rights/> with the property 'xmpRights:UsageTerms'.

But

app.documents.firstItem().links.firstItem().linkXmp.getProperty("http://ns.adobe.com/xap/1.0/rights/", "xmpRights:UsageTerms");

doesn't give me an expected value.

Can somebody point me to the correct syntax to get the 'RightsUsageTerms'?
