Showing filenames when you click the images in a pdf?

Hi there.

I have put together a 100 page pdf book of photographs... is it possible to reveal the filename of an image when it is clicked (and so it won't be visible when printed)?

I know the LabelGraphics script will automatically add the filename underneath my images which is almost what I need - but is there any way to make the label only visible within the pdf viewer when the image is clicked?

Thanks!

P.S. I'm using Adobe InDesign CS4 on Windows XP.

You'd have to script it the way you'd use buttons in the interface.

Thanks for the reply Peter but I'm not sure how I would go about doing that?!

Convert photographs and captions to buttons. In each pair, set the photograph's behaviour such that when you roll over it the caption is shown, and when you roll off the photograph, the caption is hidden. Or were you looking for someone to write that script for you?

That's great thank you...I just wondered if it could be done really as I am new to InDesign Scripting.

Thanks for your help Peter,
Luke
