Novice to JavaScript... using the FindChangeByList, I want to do a series of GREPs to apply Paragraph styles according to the characteristics of the paragraphs imported from Word. I feel that I am making simple mistakes, any input will be welcome.
Here is a sample line to apply paragraph style "CB" to all paragraphs that are Arial, 8 pt, Regular, Left-aligned.
grep{findWhat:""} {appliedFont.Arial, fontStyle.Regular, pointSize.8, justification.leftAlign}{changeTo:"", appliedPargraphStyle.CB} {includeFootnotes:true, includeMasterPages:true, includeHiddenLayers:true, wholeWord:false}Find all Arial 8pt Regular Left-aligned paragraphs and apply style named CB.

Hi Stephen, I would create a new script from scratch, because FindChangeByList.jsx doesn't want to apply Paragraph styles. Here is a script you can use as a starting point: Kasyan Servetsky, "Email Addresses - FindChangeList" #1, 25 Mar 2009 2:37 pm </webx?14@@.59b865bb/0> Kasyan
