Applying various paragraph styles in a single text box- possible?

Hi there

I basically have two text boxes which on a button click place the text
typed in into a text box on my page using the .content function. At
the moment I can only seem to apply one style to the text box, how is
it possible to apply two different styles to two separate .content
functions, but in the same text box?
