[JS] Testing if PageItem will print anything
#214

Is there any orderly way to test if a PageItem will actually print
something on a page? There are a slew of attributes (nonprinting,
transparency, stroke thickness, color, fill color, etc.) all of which
could result in nothing being generated for the object when the page
is output.

I'm trying to determine, in a JavaScript, whether exporting EPS for
the page will result in a blank EPS, which causes Distiller to report
an error.

Thanks!
