Can a goto action be scripted in CS4 to act as a return to last page visited button?

When using the Goto Page (SWF Only), there seems to be no way to bring the user back from the Goto page. A "Last Page Visited" function, would make what is already a great set navigation tools, almost perfect. I think most would agree, if we did not have a back arrow on our web browser, we would quickly be asking for it. Adobe support seems to have no work around for this missing function and suggested I ask the question here. If you have a possible solution would you please dumb down your comments for someone who knows nothing about scripting in Adobe apps. My guess is it would be a java script. Please help if possible.
